What happened
even fewer and much shorter stutters moving from 93 to 95.
How far they got
Forest Temple just completed
Steps to reproduce

Async shaders(optional) - off you have a long hang entering an area but mostly smooth after, On, will have random microstutters when entering a new area, but hardly noticable.
video encoding GPU - unclear why enabling this helps, but when set to gpu many big stutters go away.
Fix bloom effects On - fixes white tunnels and washed out deku tree and any other places fog is used.
